Artists in Test Valley, is a group of artists committed to promoting their work within the Test Valley area and beyond. The group formed in 2004 when Test Valley Borough Council announced that they would no longer organise and promote the annual Open Arts scheme. The membership has included, ceramicists, painters, printmakers, sculptors, an artist working in stained glass and jewellers although it has now been decided, for organisational reasons, to restrict the membership to a small group of 2D artists working in various mediums.
